As one of Atwell Ford’s lead agents, Mark Easterling helps buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. He strives to provide clients with all the information they need to make the best decision about buying and selling homes, giving guidance throughout the process from start to finish. His wide range of experience includes navigating multiple offer negotiations, connecting clients with reliable vendors, and solving unforeseen problems to achieve the best outcomes possible for his clients.
Mark moved to Winston-Salem in 2000 and has proudly called the city home since. He earned a business degree from UNC Greensboro with a concentration in small business and entrepreneurship, which he put to work running three small businesses before he entered the real estate industry. Experience in the business world gave him a skill set that he uses in his real estate pursuits, but also looking for a company with strong leadership, and so he joined Atwell Ford in 2007. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Mark also rehabs homes in the Winston-Salem area. He hopes to make it possible for anyone to find a home that meets their needs and fits their budget, both as a realtor and a renovator.
Mark and his wife, Sarah, and their two boys live in Advance, a community southwest of Winston-Salem, with their Yorkie, Evie. When not doing real estate, Mark loves to play the guitar and attend concerts with his family. He likes to support local artists and venues, so you can find him frequenting The Ramkat, a live music venue in downtown Winston-Salem, and hunting for new vinyls at Underdog Records.
