One of Atwell Ford’s lead agents, Jill Sear enjoys walking with buyers and sellers through their real estate journeys, and she brings her experience as a seasoned sales professional and home design enthusiast to the relationship, expertly guiding clients in prioritizing goals, understanding market trends, and evaluating cost-benefit scenarios. She wants to be an ongoing resource for her clients and loves being part of a team that supports each other and contributes their strengths whenever they’re needed.
Originally from the Northeast, Jill attended college at the University of Georgia and earned her degree in marketing. She has experience working in sales at Procter & Gamble, as well as several years in marketing in the furniture industry, before transitioning to real estate and joining Atwell Ford in 2019. She has always loved interior design and working with people, and the combination made real estate a good fit. Since she moved to Winston-Salem over 25 years ago, she fell in love with Winston-Salem’s small town, artsy feel and appreciates how its broad selection of independently-owned restaurants, bars, and shops keep life interesting. She loves helping her clients discover everything the city has to offer.
Jill and her husband, Nic, a local business owner, live in the Buena Vista area in a mid-century modern home that they renovated themselves. She enjoys gardening, cooking, gallery hopping and her new obsession, pickleball. She also has two grown sons, whom she’s also introduced to pickleball, and when they’re together, they enjoy skiing, sailing, and home renovation projects.
