Why a Team Approach?
Let’s take a moment to be real with each other. We’re in this industry for a reason–we love real estate and believe it’s a great way to earn a living! But if you’re anything like us, you realize there’s a lot about real estate jobs that can be unhealthy. At Atwell Ford Real Estate, we do real estate differently. We believe our collective strengths make us more effective and successful, an approach that doesn’t fly in a cut-throat environment.
We love real estate, but we prefer it without all the drama.
As a result, we have a unique outlook on our team structure and dynamics. We believe that all members of our team bring value and deserve to be treated equitably. Although experience and longevity matter, we’re untraditional in how we approach our Realtors® and our staff in terms of revenue splits and career growth–with the expectation that we’re collaborators, not competitors, with our team members.
We treat our agents and staff differently so that we can create an uncommon real estate experience for our clients.
We seek to be authentic in our relationships and affirming, open, and clear with our communications. We want an environment where the whole team is invested in the process, and team members can draw from the expertise, resourcefulness, and ingenuity of the whole team to create a client experience that is uncommon in our industry.
While sometimes our approach means we’re a bit counter-cultural, we want to guide our clients from our hearts and minds, not from our egos. And we’re looking for team members who feel the same.
